Apollo
is an 80 foot, Ben Lexcen designed, maxi racing yacht famous for
winning every major yacht race on the Australian east coast. Some
highlights of her illustrious career include victories in the South
China Sea Series, Around Hawaii Race, Kenwood Cup and the Sydney to
Hobart Race one 1st, three 2nds and two 3rds. Fully refitted for
charter work in the famed Whitsunday Islands in 1998 and again in late
2004, Apollo is ideal for sailing the unparalleled tropical paradise of
the Whitsundays.
Surveyed
to carry 20 passengers and four crew members, 
Apollo departs Mondays
and Fridays for a great 3 day/2 night racing adventure to discover the
beauty of the Whitsundays. Shared accommodation aboard Apollo feature
an open plan with single berths and plenty of room for socialising and
entertaining.
Take
advantage of the available snorkeling equipment and explore the
spectacular world waiting beneath the ocean's surface. Using the masks,
snorkels and fins that are provided, you will be able to swim amongst
the fascination tropical fish and various marine life who call these
waters home. You'll also see the vibrant, colorful coral fringing reefs
that are like no other in the world. Guests have the opportunity to experience the excitement of a FREE SCUBA DIVE for both introductory and certified divers. Dives are of a minimum 30 minutes duration.

1ST DAY
MORNING TEA
Corn chips and salsa dips.

Marinated chicken drum sticks, potato salad, tossed salad with fresh bread rolls.

Tea, coffee and cake.
DINNER
Chicken stir fry/Beef Stroganoff (meals rotated) served with steamed rice.
Cheese/fruit platter.
2ND DAY
BREAKFAST
Continental breakfast (cereal, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, breads, jams).
Fresh orange Juice.
LUNCH
Ham off the bone, pasta salad, rice salad, tossed salad, selection of breads.

AFTERNOON TEA

BBQ steak, roast potato and pumpkin with assorted greens.

3RD DAY
WHITSUNDAY BIG BREAKFAST
Consisting of bacon, eggs, sausages, tomatoes, baked beans, assorted breads. Jams, cereals, tea, coffee. Fresh orange juice.

Fettuccine Carbonara and garlic bread.
AFTERNOON TEA
Tea, coffee, cake and biscuits.
