The historic Ron of Argyll is a gaff-rigged ketch that was built in Scotland in 1928. After enjoying a long, colorful sailing history as well as hosting an assortment of famous passengers such as Errol Flynn and Marilyn Monroe, she now cruises the peaceful waters of the famed Whitsunday Islands offering a spectacular holiday getaway.

 

Ron of Argyll features three double berths and two singles as well as two single bunks and two single berths. Carrying a maximum of 12 guests along with two crew members, Ron of Argyll is perfect for a more intimate sailing excursion. Spend time relaxing or socializing on the wooden deck while you're whisked away to one idyllic spot after another. Fitted with state of the art electronics and modern safety equipment, Ron of Argyll has recently been restored to its original beauty. 60ft in length and constructed in fine English Oark and Burmese Teak, this vessel offers style as well as comfort. Assist the crew in hoisting the sails and learn the life of a sailor as the crew tell you the colourful stories of her past.

BYO alcohol in cans or cask - no glass, weather appropriate clothing and footwear, swimwear, sunglasses and a hat, beach towel.
