Papua New Guinea will host the 82nd ACP Council meeting on the 28th - 31stMay and the 31st ACP-EU Council of Ministers meeting from the 1 -2 June 2006. These important meetings of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Groupof states (ACP) and the European Union (EU) will be held in the capitalcity, Port Moresby. The Council of Ministers comprise of members of the
Council of the European Union and members of the Commission of the European Communities and, a member of the government of each ACP State. The Council of Ministers will be in Port Moresby to conduct political dialogue, adopt policy & guidelines, and make decisions necessary for the implementation of
